We partnered with an industry partner at a national tradeshow, aiming to enhance visibility and attendance. Through collaboration with key decision-makers, we achieved a consensus on event activities, ambiance, and vendor preferences. Ultimately, we secured a rental of the rooftop venue at the Grammy’s Museum, engaging multiple vendors for various aspects such as food, music, decorations, and AV support. Additionally, I oversaw the creation of invitations and efficiently managed the RSVP system. On the day of the event, I successfully ensured a seamless program and smoothly coordinated with the numerous vendors. Following the event, I worked diligently with both our company and the partnering company to ensure the future success of both entities.


At a tradeshow in Louisville, KY, we hosted an exclusive private event at a local Speakeasy venue for select high-level customers. Embracing the Speakeasy theme, we sent them access cards, adding an element of intrigue. This unique and exclusive gathering successfully attracted a significant portion of our target market, generating substantial word-of-mouth marketing.
